Go Bag buyer terms
Go Bag sells prepaid eSIM mobile data plans. Contact: support@gobagesim.com.
In short: each plan is for one person's own eSIM-capable, unlocked phone or tablet. The eSIM can usually be installed only once, so don't delete it. Turn on data roaming for it. Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. Top-ups aren't available yet.
1. What you're buying
A prepaid mobile data plan for the countries, data amount and number of days shown for that plan in our catalog. It comes as an eSIM, installed on an eSIM-capable, unlocked phone or tablet. Coverage and speed depend on the local networks.
2. Buying through an agent
Plans are usually bought by a software agent acting for a person. The plan must be for that person to use on their own phone or tablet. By paying for an order, the buyer and the person it's for accept these terms. The agent should pass on the plan details, these terms and the install notes.
3. How the plan works
- The plan's days start when the eSIM first connects to a network in a country the plan covers. There is no deadline to start.
- Turn on data roaming for the eSIM line.
- The eSIM can usually be installed only once. If it's deleted from the phone, it can't be installed again and the plan is lost.
- Install it on the phone or tablet that will use it.
- Top-ups aren't available yet. For more data, buy a new plan.
4. Fair use on unlimited plans
Unlimited plans don't come with unlimited high-speed data. After heavy use, speeds may be reduced in stages, and data may stop working until a new plan is bought. The usage levels aren't published and vary by plan and network. Unlimited plans are for one person's normal use: no unattended or automated high-volume use, no peer-to-peer traffic, no extremely data-intensive use, and no tethering of many devices.
5. Not allowed, on any plan
- Reselling, transferring, renting out or sharing the plan or its data.
- Using it in IoT or machine-to-machine devices, trackers, routers, modems or anything other than a person's own phone or tablet.
- SIM-boxing, traffic pumping, or passing other people's traffic through the eSIM.
- Sharing the install material (QR code, link or activation code) with anyone except the person who will use the plan.
- Fraud, false identities, or anything illegal.
- Use by anyone under sanctions, or in a country where sanctions or our network providers' restrictions apply.
- Probing, overloading or trying to get around the security or limits of our service or the networks.
- Presenting yourself as Go Bag or as one of its network providers.
- Any other use that harms the network or other users.
6. Keep it safe
The delivery key (or claim secret) and the install material work like cash: whoever holds them can retrieve or install the eSIM. Keep them private. If you think any of them has been exposed, you must tell us straight away: email support@gobagesim.com with the order ID.
7. If something goes wrong
Email support@gobagesim.com with the order ID and the payment transaction. If you paid and we couldn't deliver the eSIM, we refund the full price in USDC to the address that paid. Once the eSIM has been delivered, plans aren't refundable, except when it can't be installed or won't connect because of a fault on our side and you tell us within 7 days of buying. Checking that the phone supports eSIM and isn't locked to a carrier is up to the buyer.
8. Suspension
If a plan is used against these terms, we or our network providers may slow, suspend or end it without a refund, and we may refuse further orders.
9. Prices and changes
Prices are in US dollars and paid in USDC on Base; each order's own payment request sets its final price. We may change plans, prices and these terms. The terms in force when you pay apply to that order.
10. Our responsibility
We can't guarantee coverage, speed or availability on any network. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is the price paid for it.
11. Privacy
No account, no sign-up, no ID. We keep what we need to run orders: the order records, the payment transaction (which is public on Base) and technical logs such as IP addresses. If you email us, we keep the email to answer you. We don't sell personal data.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We follow applicable sanctions and export-control laws, including United Nations, United States and European Union sanctions.
Installing the eSIM
- Before buying: check that the phone supports eSIM and isn't locked to a carrier.
- iPhone: open the install link on the iPhone itself, or scan the QR code with the Camera from another screen.
- Android: in the SIM settings, choose to add an eSIM and scan the QR code. If the phone asks for details by hand, use the SM-DP+ address and activation code from the install material.
- Then: in the phone's mobile settings, choose the eSIM line for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it.
- Don't delete the eSIM until the plan is used up: it can't be installed again.
